At Cumberland Region Tomorrow, we are celebrating 25 years of shaping our region's future. We're also celebrating the leadership that continues to shape our organization’s future. We extend our deepest gratitude to Robbie Hayes, who has faithfully served as Chair of the Board for the past two years. Robbie’s leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment have played a pivotal role in advancing CRT’s mission. Under his guidance, we have strengthened our impact across the region, fostering partnerships and championing initiatives that support sustainable growth and development.
Stepping into the role of Chair is Alan Thompson, a respected leader who brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for our mission. Alan serves as CMO of RaganSmith, where he leads RaganSmith’s Marketing and Business Development efforts. In addition to being the face of RaganSmith in the community, he has deep expertise in land development consulting. This experience includes urban planning, zoning entitlements, landscape design, sustainable site design, zoning ordinance development, and land planning. We are confident that under Alan’s leadership, CRT will continue to build upon its strong foundation and drive meaningful progress for Middle Tennessee’s future.
Additionally, we are thrilled to welcome Traci Pope to the Board of Directors. Traci is the Director of Community Relations at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital within the Office of Government and Community Affairs, Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Traci’s expertise and dedication to smart growth initiatives will be invaluable as we continue our work to ensure a vibrant and sustainable future for our region.
